Parauchenipterus fisheri

i got a pair of these guys and they have done well for months now they have gone dark and have milky eyes. they have made a cave under some driftwood and hardly ever come out i have them in an aquarium with a large ghost knife some clown loaches and a few serpae tetras the fisheri are about 6 inches long female is alittle bigger then the male
i haven't changed anything with the aquarium and i'm worried about these guys anyone have any ideas???
