Megalodoras uranoscopus sick?

I just got a Megalodoras uranoscopus and I have noticed that it's tail fins is clamped. I had it for 5 days now and the tail fins is still the same. It is not eating and active since it arrived. I had it isolated in a quarantine tank. What should I do?
