Welcome to PlanetCatfish, Ali.

Working out irregular size tanks can be difficult, but if you give the dimension and describe the shape, we can probably help you out with at least an approximate volume. Corys don't need that much space, so I'm sure you can get a group of some kind.

Hi Mats, it's 19.6" in length, 12.99" wide and 17.32 in hight.
Imageand this shape the measurements are taken from the widest bits.

Ok, If we assume that (as your drawing looks) the cut-off corner piece is about 1/3 of the depth [back to front] of the tank, then your tank holds about 65 liter, or 14 imp. gal.

This is definitely enough for a nice group of corys, 6-8 of a large species (C. aeneus, Brochis, or similar) or about a dozen smaller ones, and even a few more if they are the dwarf types.

Unfortunately, a tall tank isn't the IDEAL for catfish keeping, so you may want to consider, if you are getting another tank, that you get one that is lower and wider [back to front].

Thanks for that MatsP  , it does look quite tall, and if I do manage to squeeze another tank in.... I'll get one like you suggest.

Cheers Ali :)
