WHY Don't Have Any Information About Corydoras Bicolor !!!

Hello! Again Everyone

I am back again. I just really want to know why these excellent catfish web-site doesn't have any information about Corydoras Bicolor. I really want to find some information about them very much because I just got my WILD group of Corydoras Bicolor 3 days ago, and I really love them so much. They are very pretty. They look like Corydoras Burgessi, but NOT exactly, and they come from different location. Please! let me know. Thank you very much.

If they are real C. bicolor they are a nice find

I guess the reason why there's no info is simply the fact that they are very rare and not many people have experience with them. But since you have them, you can supply PC with info when you learn aboth them from keeping them ;)

I am so happy to have a big group of them, and yes, they are Real. I've been researched many places from somewhere before I decided to buy a big group of them. They look exactly as all photos which I've been researched, but I still need more information about them. That is why I am surprised this excellent web-site doesn't have any information about them at all, but don't worry, I will try to take lots of photos, and post in here to let everyone sees how pretty they are, and I still need more information as well.

Corydoras bicolor Nijssen & Isbrcker, 1967 (Aquarium form).

Locality: Suriname, Sipaliwini River, Lucie River.
Common name:
C-number:
Etymology: Lat. bi, two, twice; color, hue, tint. Means two colours.
Size: The largest specimen found measures 30.2 mm SL. Aquarium specimens would be expected to reach 45mm SL for males, 50mm SL for females
Temperature: 22ºC to 30ºC (73.3ºF - 86ºF)
pH: 4.6 - 7.4
GH: 1 - 10
KH: 1 - 4
Conductivity: 10 - 250 Micro-siemens
Substrate: Fine, smooth grained sand.
Fauna: Overhanging vegitation, leaf litter.
Natural habitat: Very little if any aquatic vegitation.

No, I was being dense and didn't realise there wasn't a species entry. Shane and I discussed me giving him the ability to add a species, and I wouldn't have a problem handing it out to you too Mats, but then I think we do not need to add species very often?

Indeed (although where there is a genus with just a couple of species we don't have pictures of then it's quite nice to "complete the set" - but overall I agree) and also I will be asking for help elsewhere on adding content to the site that is more pressing.

I am so sorry that I haven't been checked my post for a little while, so I haven't known that lots of reply answer. WOW!!! And, Thank you so much, Mr. Ian for give me more clearly about Corydoras Bicolor. A group of Corydoras Bicolor which I have at home is exactly as same as the photo that you show it in here. I am very happy. And, I will take some of my Corydoras Bicolor photos and show to everyone in here.

Mr. Jools, I will donate some of my money for sure soon to this excellent site that I really love it very much to make you to get much more excellent info for us. Thank you Mr. Jools.
