Has Arius bernayi been bred in under aquarium conditions? is it easly sexed, what would be the best water conditions?

Not that I know of, but I wouldn't be surprised. I was offered a spawning trio of Colombian Shark Cats some years ago, so it's certainly feasible. They should be easy to raise as well, being able to take quite large foods as soon as they are released.
You'll need a big tank, and you may want to isolate the male once he is carrying. The natural instinct may be to move away from other fish into nursery habitats to allow the young to grow in safety post-release, and if he is unable to do this it may cause undue stress or even disrupt his brooding in a terminal fashion.
