growth on gibys nose

hi there,

could someone please help me identify this growth on my plecs nose.it seems to be growing by the day and parts of it look like they are filling up with blood and becoming swolen.
any sugestions as to what it is or how to treat it will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like lymphocystis, a viral infection for which there is no effective medication. If you keep your fish heallthy, its immune system will eventually overcome it.
