Rineloricaria stewarti?

ID please. Longitudinal striations on head and postcranium, with row of small black dots under eyes. Tail with two rather large distinctly dark pigmented areas, the largest in central area of tail. Pectorals with sopts arranged in multiple diagonal bands. Store has it marked common whiptail from "Amazon." Thanks

No, but I heard from Norman Behr that they are . That seems as reasonable an ID and regionally more appropriate.
