Zebra Otocinclus vs. Tiger Otocinclus

was just wondering if the above two are referring to the same species???

Hi phitre, from what I know they're different. The tiger oto looks more amazing than the zebra, but never seen before in singapore.

The tiger oto looks more like a paraotocinclus.
