I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I have been a fishkeeper for 30 years and my last 5 has been in saltwater, but I have caught the catfish bug and shut down my saltwater systems. I am setting up a couple of pleco tanks and appreciate this amazing resource. I used to keep fancy plecos in a discus system but am looking forward to the challenges of breeding them in species specific systems. Still deciding on species but this forum has me considering some that I did not even knew existed. Thanks again for all the great info and I look forward to posting pics when my systems are set up.

Welcome!
I had the same problem, I was focused on 2-3 species that I wanted to keep to begin with, now, because of this site, I have close to 40 on my wish list!
