In one of the John Friel photos got replaced with a double (again) after adding photos and sorting.

Is there something I need to do differently?

In these duplicated photos, how is it that the "Notes" field ("ID by ...") is blank?

I don't know about the notes field. This needs a bit of detective work. My "gut feeling" before looking at any of this is that the data was out of sequence (due to an old bug) and manipulating it didn't work because of that rather than any existing bug.

Just trying to understand the sequence of events. The activity I see was as follows:

2015-05-09 19:46:21___v4.0.1___mei___Birger___ - Move existing image - this was the pocked C. gariepinus - can be discounted
2015-05-09 19:18:35___v4.0.1___msy___Birger___ - Manage synonyms - can be discounted
2015-05-09 19:16:13___v4.0.1___msy___Birger___ - Ditto
2015-05-09 19:12:32___v4.0.1___res___Birger___ - Rename / move existing species
2015-05-09 18:12:36___v4.0.1___rac___Birger___ - Reorder images and amend captions
2015-05-09 18:08:58___v4.0.1___ani___Birger___- Add new image
2015-05-09 18:08:05___v4.0.1___ani___Birger___- Add new image
2015-05-09 18:07:37___v4.0.1___ani___Birger___ - Add new image

Birger, can you remember what you did at each stage? I am trying to retrace your steps. I don't understand specifically what you did or were trying to do with the Rename / move existing species?

Pre 2009 (or so) I didn't record "ID by ...".

The only thing I have renamed lately was the Bathybagrus foveolatus.

I know I had to flip one of the 3 new images, it was facing the wrong way.......After adding the three images I remember using the wrong sequence to try to do something and having to start over, maybe that was it...sorry I can't be more help
