Unfortunately we don't have access to those journals in our country, which is why I would be extremely grateful if you can send them or lead me to anyone who might have them.

They are two versions of a very similar thing, the first is in German and the second in English. Do you really need both?

I think @Coryman may have an electronic version of the English version?
