[identify] L005? small yellow spots

Hi I am quite new to fishkeeeping, i have had my tank running for 5 weeks now and have started adding a few cleanup fish.

one of them is a Pleco, i think it is an L005 but i would like confirmation please (pics below).

This is most likely . Have a close look on it, they usually do not do well in fresh tanks.

He has been in the tank for 2 days now and seems quite happy and busy, i will keep an eye on him though.
