Follow my L183.

Post by KrisA »

My Ancistrus L183 spawned the 15, so I'll make this thread so you can follow them. unfortunately, the male threw them out of the cave so I was forced to take them to another aquarium, there is already some fry who have hatched..

hi, please can you tell me a little bit more about your set up? i have a pair of 183's that have spawned once, but wont do it again!

did you trigger them into it, by a cool water change, or did they just do it of there own free will?

yes i'll trigger them to spawn by stoping water changes for 2 weeks,
after i'll change alot of cold water about 50% each day for 3-4 days,
then they spawn if they are feeded well :)
