If you haven't already checked it out, go to http://www.aquanet.tv and have a look at the collection of short films there. I highly recommend the 'expeditionen' section. There's a whole bunch of excellent short films to be amazed by, here's one about some rapids in Venezuela (I think..), watch out for plecos ;):
