Sad to tell you I think they're all females...

I would agree with Kim.

They definitely all look like females to me.

I have 50+ gossei about 4 months old, starting to look like they are big enough to be sold but of course it probably will be another 6 months until they will think about breeding.

The ventral fins on the Gossei make it fairly easy to distinguish gender, but at this age its difficult to be 100% accurate.

Now I have approx 20 of 1 day old gossei. Looks like at least one of them is a male.

1. I don't agree - the fullness of the belly indicates a female.
2. You are disagreeing with Ian Fuller, who has written several books on the subject of Corydoras - yes, he gets things wrong at times, but I don't think he's wrong at this point.

You understood me wrong.Softak wrote that."Now I have approx 20 of 1 day old gossei. Looks like at least one of them is a male."And after that I think one of them must be male. Then,I guess it.I dont oppose İan Fuller.I know he is the best corykeeper. It was only a guess.
Forever cory!!

Ah, yes - of course - there must be a male if there are fry! Sorry, I misunderstood - and of course it must be one of those times when Ian is wrong.
