Is this a L-316 or L-270?

I placed in my Tank Talk topic a picture of a L-316, but Jon thinks it's a L-270.
I bought the fish almost 6 months ago at a specialistshop for L-numbers as a L-316, now i don't know if it's a L-316.
So what is my catfish? :)

The L-316 I have are darker and hvae a smaler white pattern.
