Hi,
fishes of the genus Baryancistrus have not been spawned in tanks yet (or does anyone know more?).
Only Larry Vires tells in his book of spawning Baryancistrus.
But he has nor proves at all.
No fotos.
In the German speaking catfish scene nobody I know really believes his stories.
Maybe somebody of the English speaking catfish scene knows more, than we do

Hi I have never heard of anyone who has bred an baryancistrus sp. Bec. of the fact that they grow and mature very slowly.. Theres a mystery why they grow slowly in tanks than in the wild. Not considering the space.. :)
Too many gorgeous loricariids
So hard to obtain! Grrr....
