Tetra colorbits are sold as Tetra prima in the UK.

Yes, they can be fed to plecos but be very careful to only feed a little. The food expands a lot in water and if the catfish eat a lot quickly, it can expand quickly and kill them. I have lost plecos to this in the past. In my case it was loricaria and ancistrus that I learned from the hard way.
