WTF is my plec!

i have a plec that was sold to me as a polcadot lyretail pleco. he is jet black with lightish grey spots all over, has a a huge lyretail and has heavy armour plating. i cant find a photo of him any where and he is very shy so its hard to get a photo myself. any help would be greatly appreciated. ty

Sounds like <i>Acanthicus adonis</i>. is it this fish?

I like "Acanthicus adonis var."

Taiwan "water world" aquarium.

Does not contain tows the rear part approximately 7 centimeters.

it is simalart to that but without the light coloured polkadots. they are more darkish grey than the white. he was £85 from my local aquarium and is now 14 inches long

nyc albino adonis. I saw one in an hongkong lfs and there asking price is too much so i didnt bought it. But its really preety :)
Too many gorgeous loricariids
So hard to obtain! Grrr....
