green eggs -ham

Post by leck85 »

ok well i recently bought a few different types of cories/bottomfeeders from WAL MART!!!!!!! hahaha... they are renovating and moving their fish so everything was like 70% off..

anyways, i bought 3 salt n pepper cories, an albino cory, this weird banjo cat or something, 2 plecos, and 2 upside down catfish... i also have a pictus cat in the tank as well..

anyways, i found some weird green goo full of eggs inside one of the pvc pipes.. the one that the upside down cats usually chill in... but now they dont go anywhere near it..

i also have 2 bolivian rams in the tank (20 gallons)..

any idea on what type of eggs these could be?

id like to take out the rest of the tankmates and giver a go at raising whatever hatches..

thanks !

edit: took some pics.. all crappy.. but here is one with the general color, and another one with the general size.. bout the size of the rams eye..

Any chances of a better picture? You might try taking a higher resolution shot from farther back and cropping in on the "Green eggs and ham".

Are any of the fish appearing to guard the eggs (if that is what they are)?
