gold nugget feature (catfish of the month)

Post by pete »

I have noticed that the gold nugget feature on this excellent catfish site (catfish of the month) has changed slightly, the L numbers listed with pictures next to them. The picture that used to be for the L177 is next to L018 and L177 now has a new picture.
Sounds like I've become an anorack and I expect my leg to be pulled !
Our gold nugget is exactly like the L018 photo
The maximun size is now given as 14 inches for Gold nuggets
I am not critiising Planet Catfish its a fantastic site and I use it as a reference I just wondered if these fish have been reclassified

It would appear I now have a L177.
Just hope it grows extremely slowly!!!

I've just updated the information in line with current knowledge. Yes, nuggets do get that big but are very rarely imported at that size as they are very expensive and they don't look as pretty as little ones (well, to most folks) - they don't have the same fin edging etc.

I had to move the pics around becuase a few in L177 were wrong.
