Shipping Adolfi?

Post by jeffreyrichard »

Are Adolfi difficult to ship? I purchased a group of Adolfi from a dealer, and twice the fish arrived with many DOA ... out of 32 fish, only 3 have survived. Is this normal, or is it more likely the dealer has weak fish and/or poor shipping practices?

I don't think C. adolfoi are any more difficult to transport than any other Cory, the initial problem is more likely the way they were packaged.

How did they arrive? Number per bag, size of bags.

Did you check the parameters of the water they arrived in?
