Re: FS: L181 Canberra Australia
I don't think those are L181 - I suspect they are the same (possibly hybrid) species that is discussed in the ID section.

Re: FS: L181 Canberra Australia
After reading this thread:
What is my L catfish? http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/view ... 13&t=27492
And article:
The White seam bristlenose http://www.planetcatfish.com/shanesworl ... cle_id=380
I realize my mistaken assumption that they are L181s, they may be hybrids as i am unsure of the parent fish's origin.
Sorry for the mistake

i don't think those are hybrid, for me is it as yet undocumented L- Number from Ancistrus dolichopterus, we bought this L ??? as imported adult fisch, maybe they are nature hybrids

Dont want this to get too off topic, but let us know claro if your retains the white edging on the tail and dorsal as it grows. The ones we have here in Australia all seem to loose the white seams at around 6ish cm.
Motorcycles are not an expensive hobby, try keeping L-cats in Australia
