What Kind of Spotted Cories?

Post by Frisckey1 »

Here are my group of 3 cories, purchased a seperate times, all labeled false black spotted cories.

They all look different, can anyone tell me exactly which species they are and can any of them be bred in an aquarium?

could be agassizii

not entirely sure because I can't see any ornage / gold tinge in front of the dorsal fin, but could be corydoras agassizii

have a quick look in the cat -elog and see what you think.

cheers rob
My wife made the mistake of buying me a 2 ft tank and it grew to 7ft.

Hey thanks everyone. I think you are right, coryman 1&2, despite different patterns both look to be leucomelas

And I believe that the third is C. Delphax.

I haven't figured out how to post pic right yet here...someone had to fix them for me, if you want more detailed pics or more recent pics, view my album
