Am I Aspidoras pauciradiatus?

Post by Caol_ila »

Hi!

I picked up 5 Aspidoras today for a nice price (as i havent seen many Aspidoras offered here, payed 1,69 â?¬ /fish).
They were labeled Aspidoras pauci. and 4 of them are I think. Just one doesnt have the markings as he misses the bronze stripe that goes from head to tail. He is white with lots of small black spots. The pic ois a bit blurry but its really hard to take a photo of a 1.5 cm fish with no makro.

Any ideas? The fish on the left is a normal pauci.

Last pic looks like pauciradiatus to me. When they feel more at home in the aquarium, i am sure the colours will be better for ID.

I got some wild caught pauci app. 4 months ago - first week i thought they were eurycephalus, but after one week there was no doubt.
