permission to use copyrighted photos?

permission to use copyrighted photos?
I am designing a website (or still learning how to do it) and need photos of Basa and Tra for it. How can I obtain permission to use the photos on the Planet Catfish website?

The copyright for the photos in the Cat-eLog are retained by their original owners. Besides, I think the Cat-eLog has pictures of pangasiids, but not really the correct species for basa and tra (see the earlier post on the identities of these two species).
