That's <i>Chaca bankanensis</i>, and it's commonly found throughout most of Southeast Asia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra and Borneo).
Less commonly encountered in the aquarium trade is <i>Chaca chaca</i> from India.

It's a juvenile <i>Hemibagrus wyckioides</i> (Asian redtailed catfish).
If you are keeping it with other fishes, you might want to consider moving it to a tank by itself, as they tend to have rather nasty temperaments towards tankmates when adult.
