Re: L377 fry
They are in a 75G tank with some driftwood and they share it with some rummynose tetras, blue emperors, some guppies, one L066, two L002 and some piebald ancistrus (I have some many piebalds I just put them everywhere). The L377 are about 4 inches. They are kept in Cincinnati tap water which is hard...

L377 fry
I bought these as L377 a while ago and a few days ago I found some fry swimming around and a few more in a cave with an adult. Three of the five adults in that tank http://gallery.amergim.com/gallery2/d/4167-1/catfish_0013.JPG One of the parents in the cave. There's still some fry in there http://ga...

L066?
I got this guy as an L066, but I'm not sure that's what it is. Most of the pictures I've seen of L066 show a striped dorsal fin, which this fish doesn't have. It's about 4 inches right now Thanks, Ramon http://gallery.amergim.com/gallery2/d/4156-1/catfish_0008.JPG http://gallery.amergim.com/gallery2...

Bought as L174
I got them as L174, but one of them I'm sure it's not. I forgot to mention those are two different fish. And I just got home and another two are showing the same symptoms. I thought they were also dead, but they were still breathing, so I moved them to a 10G tank. I don't think they'll make but at least I'll try. The 75G has another L066, a L239, two L0...

L66 injuries
I just found 2 of my L66 dead. I took some pictures to see if anybody has any suggestions as to why they died. There are some red spots on both of them. I tested the water yesterday an it was fine. And after I took the fish out of the tank, I did a 35% water change, just in case. Any help would be a...

L075? L163? Something else?
The big one on the right looks like a different species. Higher number of smaller dots than all the others.

L204
I finally moved some of the catfish to the new 40G 'river' tank that I had cycling. This is the L204 resting in front of the powerhead (to the left, out of the picture). There's a pretty strong current and he just really loves it there. Every time I check the tank, he's there, enjoying the flow. Now...

L052 or L168?
I got a couple of these as L052 but I'm thinking they may be D. brachyura (L168). Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ramon

Cory Trilineatus and what else? (warning: picture heavy)
These two pictures look like trilineatus http://www.amergim.com/albums/Fish/DSC_0068.sized.jpg http://www.amergim.com/albums/Fish/DSC_0069.sized.jpg But these next three, I'm not so sure. Ian suggested they were juvie trilineatus when I posted a while ago, but they are now almost as big as the first...

L141 Pics
The group I got is still in the temporary tank until the 40G long is cycled and ready for them. This guy likes to rest on top of the big piece of driftwood.

Mats, Thanks for the info. If they are any similar to the sabaji, it looks like the L141 could do ok in a 40G with current. I may just try that and see how they do. I can always put them back in their current tank, even though it's a bit crowded with piebald ancistrus. There's plenty wood in that 40...
