BTW I kept mine with several different plecos. Some larger and many smaller and I did not encounter any problems.

Re: Has anybody bred Leporacanthicus heterodon? Are they difficult to keep?

I had 4 of them and they never spawned in part because I did not create an environment for them to spawn. They were easy to keep. They ate well and were pretty active.

Thanks for treating the forum to the video. You must be doing something right because even though they are a mating pair. They can only do it if cared for properly. Keep up the good work.

Re: L264 Sultan plec?

L264 is one of my favorites. These love water movement and it should be oxygen rich (heavy aeration). They do not take jumps in nitrates well. They love veggies. Go for it or even a couple. You will love them

I know it is a painful moment. Manny that have been in the hobby for quite some have experienced such pain. I know I have. So mentally I think I have subconsciously prepared myself should it happen again. I never lose sight of the fact that as much much happiness I get from the hobby. I can also get...

Re: eyal8a pleco tank - beautiful pictures !!

All of you really allowed this to go in a direction it did not need to go in. I had someone tell me that I needed a bigger tank for 1M, 1F Dovii in a 150 gallon tank. They were the only 2 fish in there. But that was there opinion. They were extremely beautiful and very healthy. We are all caging the...

We are all here to learn from one another and enjoy what others have accomplished and support those who may be having a hard time with fish keeping. Also remember even if you don't mean to offend anyone it may still happen because what it comes down to is how they take it. But always remember someon...

Picked up this L262 today from Natural Pet (formerly Captain Nemo's) they had him under the common name Spotted Queen Arabesque. Has anyone ever heard of L262 being refered to as that common name. Here on PCF they do not show a common name.
